Oregon was beautiful, I know now why Charity loves it so much. The in-laws are nice, and the beef is terrific! Seriously, the best beef I have ever tasted. If anyone ever has the chance to eat Strawberry Mountain beef, jump on it.
I was surprised at how much Charity is like her mother. I guess that we are all a lot alike those that teach us, but Charity still is not sure which of my parents I am most like but neither am I. All in all a beautiful Thanksgiving week. One word of advice, however, when your stomach hurts because you have stuffed it too full, don't try to please everyone by eating their desert. The night will go better if you quite while you're ahead.
